I will forever hate people who say simple things with complex language. Synonyms don’t make you smart, they just make it impossible for anyone to understand you. I thought the whole point of an artist’s statement was to communicate your ideas? Instead you have isolated and excluded those who don’t share your level of “knowledge”.
Some days you just gotta be brave.

That ride just killed me, and it was only 5miles. I did 11 yesterday and was just dandy with energy to spare. WHAT IS HAPPENING.
No one completes you. No one. Nothing.
Not your “wifey”, not your “hubby”, not your “kiddo”.
They can COMPLEMENT, enhance, brighten, fill your life. But not complete. Unless they donate an organ or missing limb.
Then yes, they complete you.
